The food is is great. The only bad part is that when you're a white person white male or female the price is different than you are when you Spanish when you're bilingual and you understand what they're saying the price is different. I've seen a three and four times already the food is phenomenal like I said, but the way they treat us is bad.

Alway always and always the best cleanest spot. I asked for lo mein and they said no chow mein cause my daughters love it. He aske the back to make it and 20 mins later it's done. I love the hot food. Wings rice and ribs thw steak and chicken is always perfectly cooked. Thank you so much for the food.

Very clean establishment with fresh homemade food choices. Friendly staff and you can't beat the price! Try the coffee or coconut flavored cold drinks from the machine... soooooo good!

Great Bodega food in a clean, quiet atmosphere. Some the best Latino food in Patchogue. Always fresh. The rice and beans with pico de gallo and fresh tortilla is my favorite thing to get here.

Las Brisas Deli

Las Brisas Deli at 215 W Main St Patchogue, NY 11772 has become a favorite stop for anyone craving authentic flavors, generous portions, and a cozy community feel right in the heart of Long Island.

A local favorite where comfort food meets community

Step inside Las Brisas Deli, and the first thing you’ll notice isn’t just the smell of freshly pressed Cuban sandwiches or the sizzle of the grill—it's the vibe. This isn't a spot trying too hard to impress; it is impressive. Regulars stream in for their daily breakfast wraps, while newcomers pause, eyes scanning the menu board like they’ve stumbled upon a hidden gem. That’s because they have.

The deli blends a casual, no-fuss setting with home-style cooking that consistently delivers. Locals know exactly what they’re getting: warm service, hot food, and a bill that doesn’t break the bank. From the popular steak and egg sandwiches to loaded empanadas, every item tells a story—flavors rooted in Latin tradition, adapted for the Long Island crowd.

What’s on the plate: A flavor-packed menu worth exploring

It’s easy to get stuck ordering the same thing once you’ve found a favorite here, but Las Brisas Deli is full of surprises for those who branch out. The menu rotates just enough to keep things fresh, yet still holds onto staples like the pork mofongo, ropa vieja, and the crowd-favorite chicharrón de pollo. Each dish is made to order, often right in front of you.

We talked to Juan, a line cook with over 12 years of experience who swears by the pernil they slow-roast every morning: “It’s not just about seasoning; it’s how long you wait. Low and slow makes the magic.” And that magic shows. Add a side of sweet plantains, and you’re tasting a little bit of home—even if home is thousands of miles away.

Their breakfast platters also draw a loyal crowd. Think fluffy scrambled eggs, thick-cut bacon, buttery toast, and fresh coffee that actually tastes like coffee. For those rushing to catch the LIRR just blocks away, the to-go options are quick, hot, and packed with flavor.

Neighborhood warmth and reliable service every visit

What makes Las Brisas Deli feel different isn’t just the food—it’s the way they treat people. It’s the same woman at the register remembering your name, the same grill master asking how your kids are doing. This place isn’t just in Patchogue—it’s of Patchogue.

Locals leave reviews that read more like thank-you notes than feedback. One longtime customer, Rosa, said, “When my dad was sick, they used to pack up his favorite soup and bring it out to the car. Who does that anymore?” That kind of loyalty is earned, not bought.

They’ve created something rare: a neighborhood spot that feels like family. It’s not about fancy plating or Instagrammable interiors—it’s about consistency, heart, and a genuine connection to the community.

More than just a deli: A Patchogue landmark

Whether you’re a visitor wandering downtown, or a resident craving a reliable lunch spot, Las Brisas Deli serves more than just meals—it delivers moments of comfort. With a strong following and excellent reviews across platforms, its reputation travels well beyond Main Street.

The location itself is convenient, walkable from nearby shops and offices, and just a few minutes from the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts. After a show or before a workday, there’s always a reason to stop by.

If you’re curious whether a deli can still feel like the heart of a community, just stand in line at Las Brisas Deli on a Friday afternoon. Watch the handshakes, the laughter, the small talk over who ordered the last beef patty. It’s real, it’s delicious, and it’s worth the trip.
